We’re evolving the way marketing works across Questas Group, and we’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive the next stage of that journey.

Supporting a diverse portfolio of 18 businesses, you’ll lead a team of five while remaining closely involved in the day‑to‑day delivery of our marketing program. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys setting direction, developing their team and staying actively involved in turning plans into results.

You’ll build relationships with leaders across the Group, get out to our branches and operational sites, understand their commercial priorities and ensure marketing activity is aligned to what our businesses are trying to achieve.

You’ll also help us continue building our digital and lead generation capability, bringing greater structure, consistency and measurement to how we deliver marketing across the Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching and developing a team of five, creating the structure, priorities and accountability needed for consistent delivery.
- Building robust relationships across our businesses and ensuring marketing plans are connected to commercial objectives and sales priorities.
- Overseeing annual marketing plans across the Group and turning them into structured campaign programs that are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Driving lead generation across SEO/SEM, paid media, email, marketing automation,



social and web to build a stronger and more sustainable sales pipeline.
- Embedding clear briefing, campaign, approval and reporting processes, using data to measure performance and continuously improve activity.
- Managing marketing investment across the Group, prioritising spend and demonstrating the commercial return from marketing activity.
- Developing our marketing technology capability and managing external agencies and suppliers where required.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

- Strong B2B marketing experience, with industrial, technical, multi‑site or multi‑brand experience highly regarded.
- People leadership experience,



with the ability to set clear priorities, develop your team and drive effective delivery.
- A genuinely hands‑on approach – you’re comfortable leading the function while remaining actively involved in delivery.
- Strong digital marketing and lead generation capability across SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, marketing automation, social and web.
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM technology – HubSpot experience would be advantageous, but experience with other platforms is equally relevant.
- Exceptional organisation and process discipline, with the ability to oversee a high volume of concurrent activity across multiple businesses.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to build relationships with leaders across sales, operations and our branch network.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to connect marketing activity and investment to meaningful business outcomes.
- A willingness to get out into the business, understand our operations and build strong relationships from the ground up.
