The Person Who Keeps Excellent Ideas Moving

Let's be honest.

Every agency has that person who somehow knows where every project is at, keeps clients smiling, gets developers what they need, helps creatives deliver their best work, and makes deadlines look easy.

We're looking for that person.

Our client is a growing Melbourne-based digital agency entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a Digital Producer who loves bringing ideas to life, thrives in a fast-moving agency environment, and enjoys building strong client relationships.

This is more than a project management role. It's an opportunity to become a key player in a business that's scaling, work directly with agency leadership, and have a genuine influence on how projects are delivered.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the glue between clients, creatives, developers, media specialists and stakeholders, making sure brilliant work gets delivered without the chaos.

From website builds and CMS projects through to integrated digital campaigns, you'll take ownership of delivery from start to finish. You'll manage timelines, budgets and expectations, keep teams aligned, solve challenges before they become problems, and ensure clients feel informed, supported and excited throughout the process.

You'll also work across a broad mix of digital marketing initiatives including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, paid media, social campaigns, digital advertising, website development and campaign delivery.

In short, you'll make things happen.

About You

You've probably spent a few years in a digital, creative, media or marketing agency and understand how to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

You're organised but not rigid. Commercial but people-focused. You know how to build trust with clients, keep projects moving and bring positive energy to every interaction.

We're looking for someone who brings:

- 4+ years' experience as a Digital Producer, Digital Project Manager, Account Manager or similar
- Agency experience across digital, media, creative or marketing environments
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering websites, CMS projects and digital campaigns
- An understanding of digital marketing channels including Google, Meta and TikTok
- The ability to manage multiple moving parts while staying calm under pressure
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- A collaborative attitude and genuine passion for great work

Why You'll Love It

- Join an agency that is growing and investing in its future
- Work directly with decision-makers and influential leaders
- Own projects from briefing through to delivery
- Enjoy variety across clients, campaigns and digital initiatives
- Flexible hybrid working workplace
- Be part of a close-knit, collaborative team
- Opportunity to convert to a permanent role and grow alongside the business

The Culture Fit

More important than ticking every box is finding someone who brings the right energy.

We're looking for a producer who's confident but approachable, commercially savvy without being corporate, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Someone who can build strong relationships, bring positive momentum to a team, and become a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues.

Interested?

Whether you're immediately available, open to a temp-to-perm opportunity, or simply curious about what's next in your agency career, we'd love to have a confidential conversation.
