Optimum Consulting in Windsor (Brisbane) is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join their in-house team. You will be trained from the ground up to source and screen candidates, with potential to move into broader HR work as you grow.

This is a full time, onsite role based in Windsor. You will source candidates via job boards and internal databases, screen resumes, schedule interviews, maintain records, and assist with onboarding paperwork.
