Amplar Health, part of the Medibank Group, is seeking a full time Social Worker to deliver comprehensive care in Adelaide’s CBD. You will work in an alternate dynamic environment, using innovative technology to improve sub-acute patient outcomes and coordinate access to services.

Applicants should have a Social Work degree with AASW membership, strong communication skills, and completed checks including WWCC and Police clearance; vaccination status may be required.
