You will handle inbound calls and emails, book holidays for members and guests, and drive bookings while delivering excellent customer service. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with office presence and home-based days.

Training starts with full-time sessions at the Gosford office, and shifts may include weekends and peak periods as part of a rotating roster.
