We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in high-volume recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, attracting top talent, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure achievement of hiring targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment .
- Bachelor's degree is a must.
- B1+/B2 English level.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Experience in mass hiring/high-volume recruitment is highly preferred.
