Mt Pleasant Tavern in Mackay's lively hospitality scene is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead on the floor across the bistro, sports bar and gaming areas. This hands-on role operates in a team-based structure where you’ll share shift load, drive standards, and support the Publican.

You’ll need a current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence, solid people skills, and experience supervising in bar, bistro, or gaming rooms.
