Amart Furniture is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the sales floor, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be hands-on with customers while guiding the team to achieve strong results and growth across the store.
You’ll lead by example, develop talent, and help drive performance in a quick-paced retail environment, with a focus on visual standards, rostering, and day-to-day store operations.
