Arc Studio Ink is a boutique photographic studio based in Ashburton, Victoria, specialising in premium real estate photography and corporate portraiture.

We're passionate about creating consistently exceptional imagery, while delivering an outstanding experience for our clients.

As a small studio, every team member plays an important role in the success of the business, and we're committed to continually refining our workflows, developing our people and producing work we're proud of.

We're entering an exciting current chapter as we continue to grow and evolve. This is an opportunity to join our close-knit team where your contribution will genuinely matter. You'll have the chance to develop your skills while working alongside supportive people who value quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled junior to mid level Photographic Retoucher.

Working alongside our established retouching team, you'll help to produce polished, natural-looking imagery that showcases every property at its very best.

In this role, you will:

- Retouch residential real estate photography using Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom.
- Produce natural, high-quality images while maintaining efficient turnaround times.
- Apply our editing style to ensure consistency across all projects.
- Work closely with fellow retouchers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Assist with file management and contribute to maintaining organised workflows.
- Contribute ideas that help improve studio processes and image quality.

This will initially be a part-time position (starting at 3 days per week), with the potential to progress to full-time for the right candidate as the business grows.

About You

Although industry specific training can be provided, our ideal candidate will demonstrate many of the following characteristics:

- A qualification in Photography, Photo Imaging, Digital Imaging or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom.

- Comfortable working in a Mac OS environment.
- A sharp eye for detail, composition and colour.
- Pride in producing consistently high-quality work.
- The ability to balance quality with efficient turnaround times.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and workflows.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Retouching experience will be highly regarded - especially real estate, architectural or property imagery.
- Graduates encouraged to apply.

Why join Arc Studio Ink?

- Work on premium real estate photography rather than high-volume editing.
- Be part of a supportive and experienced studio team.
- Learn refined retouching techniques and established workflows.

- Contribute to a business that genuinely values quality over quantity.

Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs. Don't transfer any money or complete suspicious online surveys. If you see something suspicious, report this job ad.
