Busy Bees at Prahran is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to mentor educators, drive quality practice and support curriculum development in a Busy Bees service. This full-time role focuses on implementing EYLF across the centre and aligning practices with NQF while partnering with the Centre Director to achieve excellent outcomes for children.
You will coach staff, lead skilled learning, and contribute to continuous improvement.
