Conference Manager - Hybrid or Remote, Part time

Are you an experienced Conference Manager looking for a varied role where no two days are the same?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and experienced Conference Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality conferences for our not-for-profit association clients. Working across a diverse portfolio of conferences and events, you’ll be involved across the full conference, from initial planning and supplier liaison through to marketing, delegate management and onsite delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

A minimum of 3 years’ relevant conference management experience, preferably within a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) or association environment

Experience using EventsAir or similar conference management software

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Robust written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work confidently both independently and collaboratively within a small team

A proactive,

Confidence working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

A genuine interest in delivering outstanding experiences for clients, delegates, sponsors and exhibitors

Key responsibilities will include:

End-to-end conference and event management

Venue sourcing, negotiations and supplier liaison

Conference program planning and coordination

Conference marketing and communications

Registration and delegate management

Sponsorship and exhibition management

Speaker and stakeholder liaison

Budget and financial administration

Onsite conference delivery and management
