GWG Recruitment in the Newcastle/Hunter region is seeking an experienced In-house Property Specialist to manage a diverse property portfolio, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, licenses, easements, covenants and subdivisions.

You will conduct title searches, coordinate due diligence, review contracts and documentation, and work with solicitors, government agencies and stakeholders to ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
