ADM is seeking a Plant Controller to support our Decatur, IL facilities with solid financial leadership and deep operations engagement. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control and reporting, while partnering with operations, procurement and performance management to improve working capital and financial performance.
In this role you will lead monthly closes, ensure robust controls, and analyze drivers of yield, energy, and manufacturing costs across multiple sites.
