- Matric, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years e-commerce order and system administration experience
- Proven experience resolving and escalating system discrepancies and issues
- Logistics/freight experience, including couriers, warehouses and logistics portals
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Experience with product and catalogue data
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong understanding of technical and IT terminology
- Highly technically minded with excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, Google and Meta AI proficiency
- Proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong follow-up skills
Duties
- Manage, amend and cancel orders on the in-house system
- Resolve issues relating to consignments, customer information, surcharges and stock
- Identify, investigate and report system faults and recurring issues
- Escalate technical issues to developers with explicit supporting information
- Write detailed reports for the Customer Service team
- Manage product and catalogue data, including pack sizes, units and variants
- Update pricing across multiple storefronts and websites
- Publish prepared content across multiple websites
- Reconcile warehouse portal data with the in-house system
- Ensure online stock and pricing remain accurate
- Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
