Requirements

- Current RII ticket to operate Watercarts (e.g., RIIMPO326E Conduct water vehicle operations)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating watercarts on civil/earthmoving projects
- Previous experience in subdivision, roadworks, or bulk earthworks highly regarded




- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Solid safety awareness and ability to follow directions
- Additional plant tickets (e.g., Moxy, Excavator, Dozer, Roller) highly advantageous

Key Duties

- Safe and efficient operation of Watercarts on civil earthmoving sites
- Executing critical dust suppression, haul road maintenance, and moisture conditioning for compaction
- Working closely with grader operators, roller operators, supervisors, and ground crews
- Completing daily pre-start checks and routine machine maintenance
- Assisting with general site tasks when required
