Join ECMS as an Area Manager overseeing a portfolio of long day care and sessional kindergartens across Melbourne’s suburbs. Travel weekly to sites and collaborate with eight Area Managers to uphold child safety, compliance, and financial performance.

You will lead large teams, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement in line with NQF standards and the organisation’s pedagogical principles. This role combines autonomy with team-oriented leadership.
