Demonstrated ability to design, implement and evaluate differentiated, personalised and data-informed teaching and learning programs using explicit teaching, evidence-based practice and high expectations to improve students' academic, social, communication, emotional and behavioural outcomes. Demonstrated effective classroom management skills that create safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments, using flexible and adaptive strategies to support the diverse learning, communication, behavioural and wellbeing needs of students with Autism. Highly developed communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated capacity to build and maintain positive, collaborative partnerships with students, parents/carers, colleagues and external agencies to support student learning, wellbeing, engagement and successful participation in school.



An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
