Role Description
We’re looking for a Trainer and Assessor with industry experience in Business, ICT or Finance .
You’ll guide learners through their training, deliver engaging sessions, assess competency and provide feedback that helps them keep moving forward. You’ll also maintain accurate training and assessment records, keep your industry knowledge current and work with the team to improve the learner experience.
Melbourne is an option, but your location and working arrangements are open to discussion.
We’re also open to full‑time, part‑time or adaptable arrangements for the right person.
What you will bring
- Current industry experience and relevant vocational qualifications in Business, ICT or Finance
- TAE40122, or an equivalent or higher training and assessment qualification
- Experience delivering training and conducting competency-based assessments
- A practical, supportive approach that helps learners with different needs and backgrounds succeed
- Confidence in using digital learning tools and maintaining accurate records
- A commitment to quality, industry currency and the 2025 Standards for RTOs
- Australian working rights and any clearances required for the role
