John Holland Group is recruiting a People Coordinator for the North Western Program Alliance (NWPA), based at Albion, VIC. This maximum-term role focuses on supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration and workforce analytics.
You'll work closely with leaders and employees across the Alliance, coordinating training, development, inductions, and project mobilisation, while upholding our values of care, excellence, creativity and empowerment.
