Purpose of the position
We currently have an opportunity for a Logistics/Transport/Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our team based in Cavan, SA.

In this role, you will coordinate deliveries throughout Adelaide and regional South Australia, manage a small fleet of drivers and vehicles, and work closely with customers to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. You will be supported by our wider team and provided with full training to become proficient in Bushmans' delivery and customer service processes.

Previous experience in transport Co-ordination, logistics, scheduling, customer service or administration is preferred but not essential.

To Be Successful in This Role

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Solid organisational and problem-solving skills





Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously

Experience in logistics, scheduling, administration or customer service

Understanding of transport operations and equipment

Ability to work collaboratively across Customer Care, Production, Sales and Distribution teams

Strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience

Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience with ERP systems, particularly Pronto

Knowledge of transport scheduling, driver compliance and delivery logistics

Current MR Licence and/or Forklift Licence

Understanding of WHS requirements in an operational environment
