Explorers Early Learning, a family-owned childcare network across Melbourne, seeks an experienced Network Leader-Education to drive educational excellence and support centre teams in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
You will work with Head of Pedagogy, Area Managers and Network Quality & Compliance to embed our philosophy, build capability, observe practice, coach teams and ensure curriculum consistency across the network.
