Refined Hearing is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to support our mobile clinic operations across Canberra and regional areas. The role is primarily work-from-home with occasional travel to retirement villages and community clinics, coordinating client appointments and liaising with families and clinicians.
You will handle enquiries, greet clients, provide information on services and next steps, and represent Refined Hearing’s values in every interaction.
