Macquarie Group is seeking a senior engineering leader to partner with the Product Manager and guide a team of 30 engineers and 5 lead engineers. You will own the engineering roadmap, platform delivery and operational health while shaping the long-term vision for internal CRM and tooling.

You will foster ownership, drive architectural excellence and establish solid release practices, CI/CD, and on-call support, balancing strategic work with urgent priorities.
