This is a great prospect to gain valuable hands‑on experience and work towards a nationally recognised baking qualification while learning from experienced professionals.

Working Hours
- 2:00am – 10:00am
- Tuesday to Saturday, with an additional day as required
About the Role
As an Apprentice Baker, you will learn all aspects of commercial baking, including:
- Preparing and mixing doughs and batters
- Baking breads, rolls, pastries and other bakery products
- Operating bakery equipment safely
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Assisting with daily production
- Following food safety and quality standards

- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Is committed to learning and developing their baking skills
