Deliver quality clinical nursing services to doctors and patients, including chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management and sterilisation.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care and support to patients and clinicians in a primary care setting, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year post registration experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A caring and collaborative approach to patient care
- EEN or RN AHPRA registration
- Qualifications in Medication and Intravenous Therapy Administration desirable (evidence required if applicable)
- Ability to use Best Practice Medical Software advantageous
