Alcoa’s Willowdale Mining operations in Western Australia are seeking a Fixed Plant Reliability Engineer to lead reliability initiatives and optimise equipment performance.

You will work with stakeholders across asset lifecycle, apply FMECA, RCA, and MOC, and contribute to protected, cost-effective operations. WA base with Monday–Friday schedule and flexible work arrangements.
