About the Role
PWR is entering an exciting phase of growth, with significant investment across our Engineering, Aerospace & Defence,
Advanced Technology and Manufacturing teams.
To support this growth, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Australian team on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. This role will focus primarily on recruiting technical talent across engineering, project management, advanced manufacturing, and specialist production functions.
Working closely with hiring managers and technical leaders, you'll take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment, helping us attract and secure the talent needed to deliver some of PWR's most exciting projects and future growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring plans.
Lead recruitment across engineering, aerospace & defence, technical project management, advanced manufacturing and specialist production roles.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage hard‑to‑find technical talent within the Australian market.
Proactively build pipelines of engineers, project professionals, tradespeople and technical specialists.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding support.
Provide market insights, talent intelligence and recruitment recommendations to support hiring decisions.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience aligned with PWR's values of Respect, Passion and Teamwork.
Track hiring activity and recruitment metrics to ensure efficient delivery against business priorities.
Support employer branding initiatives aimed at strengthening PWR's reputation within engineering and technical talent communities.
About You
Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, either in‑house or agency, with a strong focus on technical recruitment.
Proven success recruiting engineering, manufacturing, aerospace & defence, technical trades, project management or industrial roles.
Strong sourcing capability, with confidence identifying and engaging passive candidates.
Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to build credibility and influence with technical hiring managers and business leaders.
Strong screening and assessment skills, with the confidence to evaluate technical capability and transferable experience.
Highly organised, proactive and solutions‑focused.
Resilient, adaptable and motivated by achieving results.
