The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant for the Rapid Access Service pilot to lead assessment, triage and care decisions for older Tasmanians with dementia- related BPSD in residential aged care. The role involves coordinating a multidisciplinary team and educating residential care homes while traveling across the North/Northwest regions.

Based in Launceston/Burnie, this fixed-term full time position offers 76 hours per fortnight, a salary of $118,297–$125,543
