The Role
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the management and administration of contracts, throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with a project manager and external stakeholders,
you will ensure that contracts are efficiently negotiated, executed, and managed. Project types mainly include education, local govt and commercial industrial.
To Be Considered
To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in Commercial construction for a minimum of 5 years
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Experience in Commercial Recent Build projects
- Proven ability to utilise cost management softwares such as Cheops, Jobpac, Procore or similar
