You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, establishing contemporary operating procedures and implementing quality management systems that support efficient service delivery and positive outcomes for young people and staff. You will also contribute to sound financial and resource management, supporting informed decision making that balances quality service delivery with operational efficiency.

The role requires a robust commitment to workplace health and safety, infection control and risk management, ensuring a safe environment for staff, young people and visitors.
