Gravitas Talent is partnering with one of Australia's largest retailers to find a commercially sharp eCommerce Manager who lives and breathes online trading. You'll own key categories on a high-traffic retail website, lead a small team, and turn data into sales growth every week.

What you'll do
- Trade to win. Own the day-to-day trading of your categories and deliver against sales, profit, conversion and average order value targets.
- Plan the calendar. Build and run the trade calendar with a customer-first approach, from planning through go-live and post-launch optimisation.
- Merchandise with purpose. Drive onsite search, merchandising, filters, attributes and cross-sell to put the right product in front of the right customer.
- Lead with insight. Use analytics, competitor research and customer behaviour to deliver explicit, actionable insights to Merchandise, Marketing and the wider eCommerce team.
- Grow your team. Lead and mentor a team of three offshore eCommerce Coordinators, building a high-performance culture.
- Sharpen the engine. Shape site structure and processes to improve speed to market, accuracy and performance.
What you'll bring
- At least 4 years of eCommerce experience in retail, with a strong record of growing categories online
- Advanced website analytics skills, ideally Google Analytics
- Sharp planning capability and strong commercial acumen
- Hands-on experience in online merchandising and trading
- Proven experience managing direct reports and driving performance
- The confidence to influence stakeholders and communicate a clear category vision
Some flexibility in hours is required, with minimal weekend work.
