The Positive Shepherd Home in Townsville is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and coordinate high-level clinical care for residents. You will oversee a team of RNs, ENs, RCAs, GPs and Allied Health, coaching and supporting staff to deliver compassionate, compliant care in a home-like setting.

You will work within TGSH values to maintain safety, privacy, dignity and well-being while driving continuous improvement and best practice in clinical services.
