We're partnering with a highly respected design-focused practice renowned for delivering some of Australia's most prestigious multi-residential developments. Working alongside some of the country's leading developers, this is an opportunity to take ownership of premium projects while working directly with senior leadership.

Due to a strong and growing pipeline, the studio is seeking a Project Lead to drive project outcomes, mentor graduates, and play a key role in shaping the future of the practice.

The Opportunity
Working closely with the Director, you'll lead the delivery of high-end multi-residential projects from design development through to completion. You'll be entrusted with managing key client and consultant relationships while providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Architect ready to take the next step into leadership, or an experienced Project Lead seeking greater responsibility and career growth.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead the delivery of luxury multi-residential projects
- Manage client, consultant, and developer relationships
- Drive project outcomes across all project stages
- Mentor and develop junior architects and graduates
- Work closely on design, documentation, and project coordination
- Contribute to team growth and studio success

About You

- Proven experience delivering high-end multi-residential projects
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent technical and documentation capability
- Proficiency in Revit
- Registration highly regarded but not essential
- Passion for quality design and project excellence
- Motivated to develop your leadership and management skills
