We are seeking an experienced, motivated Clinic Manager to lead our established cosmetic and aesthetic clinic in Rockhampton.

About the Role

As Clinic Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and to the highest skilled standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead, motivate and manage the clinic team.

● Oversee daily operations, rostering and workflow.

● Drive clinic revenue, performance and business growth.

● Monitor KPIs, sales targets and team productivity.

● Deliver exceptional client service and manage client feedback.

● Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism and compliance.

● Manage stock, ordering and supplier relationships.

● Support staff development, training and performance management.





● Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and profitability.

● Work closely with the business owner to achieve strategic goals.

About You

● Has previous experience in a clinic, salon, beauty, aesthetics or healthcare management role.

● Demonstrates strong leadership and people-management skills.

● Is commercially driven and understands KPIs and business performance.

● Has exceptional communication and organisational skills.
