About the role

You will work with customers from the initial enquiry through to the final sale, helping them select the right window furnishings for their home.

Key responsibilities

- Meeting with customers in our showroom and in their homes

- Understanding customers' needs, style and budget

- Recommending suitable curtains, blinds, shutters, fabrics and window furnishing solutions

- Taking and understanding measurements

- Preparing and presenting quotations

- Following up quotations and enquiries

- Building strong relationships with customers

- Working closely with our installation and manufacturing teams

- Managing your customers and sales pipeline from enquiry through to completion

- Achieving agreed sales targets

About you

- Has proven sales experience, preferably in window furnishings, interiors, furniture, flooring, kitchens, cabinetry or another customised product





- Has excellent communication and customer service skills

- Has a genuine interest in interior design, fabrics, colour and home styling

- Is confident talking to customers and asking for the sale

- Is organised and pays close attention to detail

- Can work independently while also being part of a small team

- Is skilled, reliable and well presented

- Has the ability to understand measurements and technical details

- Holds a current driver's licence and own vehicle for local appointments
