We’re currently on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to join our Western Australian Sales Team, based in Perth and servicing the northern metro suburbs as well as a regional area including Exmouth, Carnarvon & Geraldton. If you’re a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who loves the idea of representing world-class brands, this is the role for you.
About the role
As our new Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for managing 200 plus customer relationships across your territory. You'll bring our national and state strategies to life in trade — driving volume, distribution, and profit outcomes — while delivering exceptional customer service and creating opportunities for growth. You'll be based in Perth and servicing the northern metro suburbs as well as a regional area including Exmouth, Carnarvon & Geraldton.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Execute channel activations at a precinct level in line with national standards
- Present and sell in marketing and sales activations to customers within agreed timelines
- Increase visibility and awareness of Drinkworks' premium portfolio across tap and pack channels
- Develop deep customer understanding to deliver tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate customer data and achieve solid satisfaction levels
- Follow all health & safety processes and complete required training
About you
- Based in Perth
- Full Australian working rights and Driver's Licence
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on results
