About the role
Join our close-knit Welshpool team in a hands-on production and warehouse role. You will assemble lifting equipment, operate machinery, manage stock and support testing and service work when required.

Duties
- Assemble and manufacture lifting, rigging and height-safety equipment
- Operate production machinery, including hydraulic presses and chain cutters
- Pick,
pack and despatch customer orders accurately
- Receive, check and store incoming warehouse goods
- Support testing and service work when required
Skills & experience
- LF forklift licence and practical operating experience
- Manufacturing and warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Clear communication and reliable attendance
- Interest in lifting equipment is advantageous
Culture
