With ongoing growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to run plumbing works on Tier 1 construction sites and landmark projects across the Perth CBD and metropolitan area.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you will run the day-to-day plumbing and hydraulic works on site. You will lead our plumbing crews and work closely with the Project Manager and the builder’s site team to deliver work safely, on program and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a licensed plumber with solid commercial site experience who takes pride in running a well-organised, safe and productive site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate commercial plumbing crews, including apprentices, on large construction projects

• Plan daily site activities to keep works on program, liaising with the builder’s site team and other trades

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications, and set out plumbing works on site

• Carry out material take-offs and order materials in line with program and budget

• Enforce WHS policies and procedures on site, including prestarts, toolbox talks and SWMS

• Complete quality assurance documentation, including ITPs,



pressure testing and commissioning records

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and respond promptly to site queries

• Keep the project team informed of progress, labour requirements and site issues

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience supervising commercial plumbing teams on large construction projects

• A plumbing trade qualification and current WA plumbing licence

• A gas fitting licence (highly regarded)

• Sound knowledge of AS/NZS 3500 and the National Construction Code (NCC)

• A solid understanding of WHS requirements on commercial construction sites

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

• A current White Card, Australian driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
