Today we're Australia's leading family-owned outdoor advertising company, with more than 2,000 billboard opportunities helping businesses connect with their communities and grow.

As one of our Graphic Designers, you'll create high-impact creative across print,



digital and motion while helping shape the future of our brand and our clients' campaigns.

You'll work closely with our sales and operations teams, explore emerging technologies, and help ensure our creative stands out in a world full of distractions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Create billboard, signage and digital creative that delivers results.

- Develop presentations, proposals and brand assets that help our team win business.

- Create animations and motion content for our digital airport network.

- Review campaigns and identify opportunities to improve impact and effectiveness.

- Visit sites and see firsthand how creative performs in the real world.

- Explore AI tools, emerging technologies and new creative trends.

- Challenge existing thinking and bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Collaborate with our sales team to help clients achieve better outcomes.

- Continuously raise the standard of creative across POA.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- 2-5+ years' experience in a graphic design role.

- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.

- Experience or interest in motion design and animation.

- Curiosity around AI and emerging creative tools.

- An eye for detail and a passion for high-quality work.

- Confidence to challenge existing ideas and suggest better solutions.

- A proactive, self-motivated attitude.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.





- A willingness to get out from behind the screen and into the real world.

- Most importantly, you'll bring a genuine desire to improve, innovate and make creative work harder.
