We are partnering with one of our established clients in North Brisbane to find a motivated and organised Strata Administrator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into the strata industry, with our client open to candidates who have transferable administration, property or customer service experience.
Previous strata experience is not essential – attitude, organisation and strong communication skills are key!
The Role
- Provide administrative and project support to Strata Managers and the wider team
- Act as a key point of contact for owners, committees, contractors and customers
- Obtain and verify contractor quotes and coordinate work orders
- Prepare correspondence, documentation and contractor information
- Assist with meeting preparation and general portfolio administration
- Coordinate project updates, invoices and payments with relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes and database information
- Assist Strata Managers with day-to-day portfolio and project-related enquiries
About You
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Property or real estate experience would be highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident dealing with clients and stakeholders
- Positive, professional and eager to learn
- Previous strata experience is not required
