An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Graphic Designer to work with an independent global workplace project management business based in Sydney.

The business is refreshing its key marketing and business development materials and the initial focus will be on developing a Capabilities Statement and Proposal Templates.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply the refreshed brand direction across marketing and business development collateral

- Design and develop the Capabilities Statement, Proposal Templates and supporting materials

- Build functional InDesign templates using paragraph, character, object and table styles

- Establish master pages, grids and reusable page layouts

- Prepare accurate, production-ready finished artwork for print and digital use

- Ensure templates are practical and easy for non-designers to update

- Manage revisions, quality control and changing priorities

- Package and hand over completed files and supporting assets

- Work closely with the Brand Lead throughout the design and development process

Skills and Experience

- Strong graphic design and finished art experience

- Advanced Adobe InDesign skills is essential

- Proven experience creating long-form documents and fully functioning templates

- Robust typography, layout and information design skills

- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of finished artwork

- Experience preparing files for both print and digital use





- Ability to work efficiently and manage changing priorities

- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach

- PowerPoint template experience would be beneficial

- Experience working with professional services, property, construction or corporate clients would be advantageous
