Build partnerships that create national impact

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced partnerships professional to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of corporate and institutional partnerships while driving significant new revenue growth.

Reporting to the Chief Partnerships and Commercial Officer, you'll be responsible for managing and expanding existing national partnerships while building a robust pipeline of new opportunities across key corporate sectors including financial services, agriculture, retail, corporate foundations and major business donors.

You'll lead the full partnership lifecycle, from prospecting and relationship development through to proposal development, negotiation, activation and stewardship, ensuring partners receive outstanding value while delivering meaningful outcomes for Foodbank Australia.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded relationship builder who enjoys developing strategic partnerships, identifying growth opportunities and securing transformational support that delivers shared value.

How you'll make a difference

- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, foundation and major philanthropic partnerships through strategic stewardship, renewal and expansion activities.
- Build and execute a diversified new business pipeline targeting high-value, multi-year partnerships across priority sectors.
- Develop tailored value propositions, partnership opportunities and proposals that align partner objectives with Foodbank Australia's mission.




- Lead partnership negotiations, contract management and compliance processes while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Deliver partnership activations including sponsorships, cause-related marketing campaigns, corporate volunteering initiatives and partner-led events.
- Manage partnership forecasting, pipeline reporting, budget performance and revenue tracking using Salesforce.
- Prepare high-quality impact reports, case studies, presentations and stewardship communications that demonstrate partnership ROI and social impact.
- Collaborate closely with fundraising, marketing, communications and operations teams to maximise partnership outcomes and organisational growth.

You're the perfect person if

You're a strategic and commercially savvy partnership professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships and creating mutually beneficial opportunities that deliver both business and social impact.

You combine strong business development capability with excellent relationship management skills and are confident engaging senior stakeholders, navigating complex negotiations and identifying opportunities for long-term growth.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience managing charity corporate partnerships.
- Proven success securing and growing high-value, multi-year funding or partnership agreements.
- Strong business development skills with experience building and managing robust sales or partnership pipelines.
- Experience developing partnership proposals, presentations and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Experience managing revenue targets, budgets, forecasting and performance reporting.
- CRM experience,



ideally Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management platform.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of CSR, ESG and shared value partnership models.
- Confidence negotiating commercial agreements and managing partnership contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative, team-focused culture.

Experience within the not-for-profit sector, food industry, social impact organisations, philanthropy, fundraising or corporate social responsibility will be highly regarded.
