About the role

We are looking for an experienced, adaptable, and upbeat Cafe Allrounder to join our team. In this role, no two hours look exactly the same—you'll jump in wherever you're needed most to keep the cafe humming during peak beach rushes.

Key responsibilities

- Making espresso beverages on the machine, pumping out orders efficiently without sacrificing quality

- Welcoming regulars, taking orders accurately at the till, and delivering fast, friendly service

- Running food and coffees to tables, clearing and sanitising tables, and maintaining a tidy dining area

- Washing dishes, restocking milk/supplies, opening/closing tasks, and helping team members whenever things get busy

About you

- Prior barista/coffee-making experience in a fast-paced Australian cafe setting is essential

- Proactive, "get stuck in" attitude—equally happy pulling shots, running food, or clearing plates

- High energy, genuine warmth, and outstanding customer service skills





- Comfortable handling high-volume weekend rushes and working productively under pressure

- Available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) plus flexible weekday shifts. 30 - 35 hours per week.
