Group FP&A; Manager Location: Sydney (Mascot)
Role Overview
This is a newly established, standalone Group FP&A; Manager role within a private equity-owned facility and asset services business operating across Australia and New Zealand. The business has grown rapidly through a combination of organic expansion and an active acquisition programme and now sits at a genuine inflection point as it scales toward its next phase of growth.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will own the Group's budgeting and forecasting cycle and build the consolidated financial models that underpin the five-year strategic plan. This is not a role that carries direct people leadership. Instead, it demands the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage upward with confidence, and produce board-quality outputs in a fast-moving environment. You will act as a key business partner to the CFO and the broader Executive Leadership Team, translating complex financial analysis into clear, well-structured communication for senior stakeholders, including the Board.
Responsibilities

- Build and maintain the Group budget and forecast.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accurate completion in a timely manner, spanning annual, quarterly, monthly and ad hoc cycles.
- Provide guidance and decision support to key stakeholders acting as the guardrails to ensure clarity on budget approach.
- Support Group budget and forecast analysis, with a focus on assessing the reasonableness and robustness of assumptions.
- Support the development of Group strategic targets and KPIs as part of the five-year plan.
- Drive quality analysis and reporting to support effective decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Ensure monthly Board reporting is completed to a high standard and delivered on time.
- Report on business performance and review financial statements,

providing detailed commentary on variances so they are clearly understood by the business.
- Develop strategic financial models and communicate insights to build business acumen through analysis of data, supporting commercial decision-making.

Candidate Profile
You are degree qualified in accounting, finance or commerce, with CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent) essential. You bring strong commercial acumen and are comfortable analysing and interpreting large volumes of data from multiple sources, then correcting and communicating that information clearly to senior finance leaders and Board members.
You are resourceful, self-starting, and able to devise creative solutions to problems. You can quickly recognise a project and reprioritise as circumstances change, and you bring strong strategic planning and organisational ability. This is a great chance for an experienced and capable Senior Analyst to step into their first FP&A; Manager role or alternatively a more seasoned Manager.

Company, Culture and Benefits
This is a market-leading business in its sector, with a heritage spanning several decades and operations now unified under a single brand following a significant technology and systems transformation. Backed by private equity and pursuing an active M&A; agenda, the organisation is entering its next phase of growth with a clear five-year plan and genuine investment in building scalable infrastructure to support it.

- Play a hands-on role shaping Group-level reporting and financial models from the ground up.
- Gain direct exposure to the CFO, Executive Leadership Team and Board.
- Join a business with real momentum, backed by private equity and moving through an active acquisition phase.
- Be part of an organisation with a genuine commitment to sustainability and community engagement.
