We are seeking reliable and compassionate Home Support Cleaners to assist clients in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home workplace. This role plays a vital part in supporting older people and individuals living with disability to remain independent within their own homes.

As a Home Support Cleaner, you will provide domestic assistance services while delivering exceptional customer service and promoting client dignity, choice, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform domestic cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and bathroom cleaning.
- Assist with laundry, linen changes, ironing, and general household tasks.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control practices.
- Identify and report hazards, maintenance concerns, incidents, or client wellbeing issues.
- Complete required documentation and service records accurately.
- Travel between client locations as required.
- Deliver services in accordance with organisational policies, procedures, and WHS requirements.

You are dependable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality support services. You enjoy working independently while making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Desired Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in domestic, residential,



commercial, or community-based cleaning.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Essential Requirements

- Current Driver Licence.
- Access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Working Rights in Australia.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (or willingness to obtain, if required).
