- Research mines, projects and companies in detail, including operating performance, ownership, costs, capital, production plans, customers, logistics and market positioning.
- Monitor market, policy, trade, technology and decarbonisation developments and identify the implications for clients and XMS forecasts.
- Build and maintain transparent Excel models, databases, price trackers, cost curves and benchmarking tools with clear source notes, formulas, assumptions and version control.
- Interrogate source data, resolve inconsistencies and maintain an auditable trail between evidence, calculations and conclusions.
- Prepare concise, client-ready reports, presentations, market updates, briefing notes, charts and data tables that explain both the result and why it matters.
- Deliver recurring subscription outputs on schedule, including dataset updates,
price series, market balances, forecasts and commodity commentary.
- Support bespoke market studies, independent market reports, due diligence, lender reviews, strategy work and proposal development.
- Work closely with Xenith's mining engineers, geologists and other technical specialists to ensure market analysis is grounded in realistic asset and operating assumptions.
