We are seeking an experienced digital print all-rounder capable of managing production workflows from setup to dispatch. This role spans digital press operations, large-format production, laminating and finishing. Because we operate as a small team, you must be comfortable working autonomously and managing the shop floor independently at times.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and monitor digital production presses
- Set up, print and laminate wide-format signage and graphics
- Operate guillotines, folders and binding equipment to complete jobs accurately
- Complete basic operator-level troubleshooting and printer care
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
About You
- Proven hands-on experience in a digital print environment preferred
- Solid practical knowledge of bindery, cutting and laminating processes
- Comfort working in a small-team structure and operating in isolation when required
- Basic pre-press understanding to check files before sending to print
- Sharp eye for colour consistency, alignment and finishing quality
