To attract high-quality and experienced accounting professionals, Kinsella is offering a sign-on bonus for the successful candidate who joins the firm through this advertised opportunity.
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
We value excellent talent. This role includes a $10,000 signing bonus, payable on your one-year anniversary — on top of your competitive salary package.
The sign-on bonus is subject to employment terms and will be payable in accordance with Kinsella’s recruitment incentive policy.
9½ Day Fortnight

This isn’t a “compliance-only” role. You will build commercial capability, not just technical skills.
What You Will Be Doing
- Preparing financial statements,
income tax returns and BAS for companies, trusts and high net worth individuals
- Delivering proactive tax planning and structuring advice
- Supporting advisory engagements and client meetings
- Contributing to outsourced CFO engagements
- Mentoring junior team members (Senior level)

About You
- 3+ years’ experience in public practice through to experienced Senior Accountants
- Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
