Redpath is a global mining contractor with operations across Australia and internationally. Our 18-month HR Graduate Program is designed to give you practical, hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle while building a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Throughout the program, you'll rotate across Human Resources, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and Payroll, working alongside experienced professionals and supporting our mining operations. You'll gain exposure to everything from employee relations, performance management and training through to end-to-end recruitment, project mobilisations, payroll and HR analytics.
This isn't a program where you'll spend 18 months watching from the sidelines. You'll be encouraged to get involved, take ownership, ask questions and build your capability through real workplace experience. You'll also have opportunities to visit our project sites, including experiencing an underground mining environment, giving you a genuine understanding of the people and operations you'll be supporting.
The program is designed to develop well-rounded HR professionals, with the goal of preparing you to step into an HR Advisor role upon successful completion.
