Think Again Tattoo Removal is looking for an exceptional person to join our Rozelle flagship clinic as a full-time Tattoo Removal Specialist.

This is one of our busiest and most established locations, and we are looking for someone who can bring more than just technical ability.

This isn’t a standard laser role.

Tattoo removal is not something we treat as an add-on service.

It is our specialty.

Think Again was established in 2014 and has grown across Australia, New Zealand and the United States, with a team dedicated entirely to tattoo removal.

At Rozelle, you’ll work in a fast-paced clinic with a strong client base, high standards and a team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience from the first consultation through to final treatment.

The role

You’ll manage the complete client journey, including:

- Conducting detailed tattoo removal consultations

- Performing laser tattoo removal treatments

- Assessing tattoos, skin and treatment response

- Creating personalised treatment plans

- Explaining treatment options clearly and confidently

- Building long-term relationships with clients

- Managing rebooking and client retention

- Discussing treatment packages and pricing

- Maintaining detailed clinical documentation and photography

- Managing client communication and follow-up

- Supporting clinic targets and overall performance

- Contributing to the day-to-day success of the Rozelle clinic

This is a hands-on clinical role, but it is also highly client facing.

You need to be just as comfortable speaking, educating and building trust as you are learning the technical side of treatment.

Customer service experience matters.

For this role, we are specifically looking for someone who already knows how to deal with people.

You may come from:

- Premium retail

- Hospitality

- Beauty

- Cosmetic medicine

- Laser or skin

- Dermal therapy

Technical ability can be taught.

Confidence, initiative and genuine people skills are much harder to teach.

Experience

Previous tattoo removal experience is not essential.

Experience in laser, skin or beauty would be highly regarded.

But for this role, a strong background in customer service, sales or another high-touch client environment is just as valuable.

For the right person, we are happy to teach the clinical side from the beginning.

Successful applicants will undertake extensive theoretical and practical training covering:

- Laser physics

- Tattoo and ink assessment

- Treatment planning

- Skin assessment

- Laser safety

- Pico and nanosecond technology

- Colour tattoo removal





- Multiple wavelengths

- Fractional laser techniques

- Consultation and client education

- Clinical photography

- Documentation

- Treatment response assessment

- Client retention

- Managing complex and long-term cases

Training continues well beyond onboarding through treatment reviews, clinical discussions, ongoing development and results analysis across our network.
